Peter Sholdas is a licensed paralegal specializing in WSIB registered with the Law Society Of Ontario.

He has worked in the field of Workplace Safety & Insurance for the past 20 years.His extensive knowledge of both WSIB policies and procedures and former employment experience with the WSIB identifies him as a vital resource in resolving conflicts dealing with WSIB related matters.

Peter has successfully represented clients at all levels of appeal. Peter also performs as an expert in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) in successfully resolving workplace disputes between employer and employee involving WSIB and related matters. Peter is also an Affiliate of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Executive Committee, Workers Compensation Section. Thereasa is a humanitarian at heart and has always enjoyed working with and helping others. She has over 15 years experience in Workplace Safety and Insurance matters.

From 2006 to current Thereasa has worked with Sholdas and Associates Professional Corporation. While working and studying full time, Thereasa obtained her paralegal license from the Law Society of Ontario in February 2010. Her duties include; taking initial consultations, meeting with clients, preparation of legal documents, implementation of case settlements, as well as corresponding directly with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) and Canada Pension Plan (CPP).
